At The QB Services, we strive to provide high-quality bookkeeping and financial services to meet the needs of our clients. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we are here to help resolve any issues. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the service.
- Refunds will only be issued if there is a clear discrepancy in the service delivered compared to what was agreed upon in the service contract or if services were not delivered as described.
- Refund requests must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the issue, including any relevant documentation to support your claim.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- One-Time Consultations: Fees for one-time consultations or advisory services are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
- Completed Services: Services that have already been completed as per the client’s request, such as monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, or tax filings, are non-refundable.
- Setup Fees: Any fees related to initial setup or configuration for bookkeeping services are non-refundable after the setup process has been completed.
3. Process for Refund Requests
- To request a refund, please contact us at admin@theqbservices.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your name, service details, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 3 Days and notify you of the outcome.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 Days, and the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Partial Refunds
- In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund if only a portion of the service was not delivered as agreed. Partial refunds will be assessed based on the work completed and the time spent on your account.

- We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the policy periodically for updates.
